Frequently Asked Questions
Can I come pick up the reserved equipment the day before?
Yes. If, for example, you have booked from Sunday, which is your first day of skiing, you can pick up the equipment the day before from 4 p.m.
Do I have to book online?
No. You can come on-site without a reservation, but please be aware that during peak holiday periods and weekends, equipment may be unavailable. Therefore, it is still strongly recommended to book your rental online. If you have any doubts, you can call us directly.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (excluding American Express), checks, cash, and vacation vouchers. We can also accept bank transfers or remote credit card sales if needed.
Can I change my accommodation during my stay?
Yes, of course. It's even recommended to come quickly if a shoe is hurting you or if skis aren't suited to your activities. We'll be happy to change them so you can make the most of your stay. It's also possible to change your package; in that case, the price will be recalculated if it's not the same rate.
