Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change packages upon arrival or during my stay?
You have the option to change your package upon arrival if you wish; our ski instructors are there to refine your choice and guide you to the most suitable package.
You can also change your package during your stay, in which case a pro-rata is calculated so that you maintain the decreasing rate.
Why subscribe to the Guarantee?

The Guarantee covers you in case of breakage and theft of the equipment. It also allows you to be reimbursed for days not skied if the equipment is returned early. For any reservation without a guarantee, payment will be due at the time of equipment pickup.
The renter is fully and solely responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of the rented equipment. In the event of theft, damage, or loss, the equipment will be billed at the replacement cost minus 20 %, minus 10% for depreciation per year of the equipment’s age.
The theft and damage insurance is offered and highly recommended, however, a deductible, depending on the equipment rented, will be required in case of theft, damage, or loss of the equipment, in addition to your rental fee.
Franchise on non-repairable equipment:
Stick: €0 / Child: €30 / Leisure Ski: €50 / Sport Ski or Snow: €90 / Snow or Performance Ski: €120 / Prestige: €150
To claim the warranty, the customer must:
- In case of theft: provide the store with the original police report within 24 hours, issued by the gendarmerie or police services.
- In case of damage: return the damaged equipment to the store. It must be recognizable and complete.
Loss and disappearance of equipment are not covered.
Some credit cards offer coverage, however you will need to pay the bill on-site and submit it to the card services.
In case of theft by the customer, misappropriation, or any damage to the equipment resulting from non-compliance with the rules of use, current regulations, or the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, Allo Skis is authorized to seek recourse for the full extent of the damages.
